The process of cleaning the rotational basket packs for regenerating rotary air or fume heaters can be
carried out on a stationary station, as well. Cleaning consists of the following operations:
- Dismounting seals and sheet packs of exchanger baskets,
- Preparing for cleaning,
- Cleaning on a stationary station with a hand gun, (cleaning nozzles and pressure appropriately
matched to exchanger contaminant degree and type),
- Drying and maintenance of inserts,
- Installing the cleaned exchanger baskets with seals.
This technology can be applied where a specific exchanger construction does not allow to apply the automatic
technology without dismantling the basket.
